We stand behind Mellova completely. If you're not satisfied with your results, you have 90 days from the date of delivery to request a full refund — no lengthy explanations required.

How it works

2. If you're not satisfied, contact us at team@trymellova.com with your order number.
3. Send back one bottle (empty or unused) to the address we provide.
4. Once received, we'll process your refund within 48 hours.

What's covered
✓ Empty bottles — used the full product and didn't see results
✓ Partially used bottles
✓ Unopened bottles

Refund amount
Your refund will reflect the value of one bottle based on your order. For single-bottle orders, this is your full purchase price. For bundle orders, the refund is calculated at the per-bottle price included in your bundle.

What's not covered
✗ More than one bottle per order
✗ Orders outside the 90-day window
✗ Sale items and gift cards

Damages & wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately at team@trymellova.com and we'll make it right at no cost to you.

European Union — 14-day cooling off period
If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your item, for any reason. This applies regardless of the policy above.

Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed within 48 hours. Please allow 3–5 additional business days for your bank to post the transaction.
